EXCHANGING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except in the circumstances described below.

EXHIBITORS:  We may share some of your information with Exhibitors who attended the OC RV Show the same time you attended: Information that may be shared include your First and Last Name, mailing address and email address entered at the time of ticket purchase.  We never allow the use of our event participants’ phone numbers for telephone sales solicitation.

THIRD-PARTY VENDORS: We may share your information with third-party vendors to the extent necessary to provide and improve web services or other communications to users.  For example, we use third parties such as Send In Blue to assist with email marketing and Ticket Sauce to facilitate ticket sales.  We prohibit any third parties who receive user information for this purpose from using or sharing user information for any purpose other than providing services for the benefit of our users.

We may also provide your information to third parties in circumstances where we believe that doing so is necessary or appropriate to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or protect our rights and safety and the rights and safety of our users or others.

Finally, we may use anonymous or pseudonymous personal information for internal purposes, such as to track the effectiveness of and improve our courses, programs, and other offerings, and may share this anonymous or pseudonymous data with selected third parties.

ON-SITE EVENT TERMS OF SERVICE & MEDIA RELEASE

If attending the OC RV Show, I acknowledge that when I am at the show, I will be in an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur. By entering the OC RV Show event premises, I consent to my inclusion in photography and video recording, and may be asked to be interviewed by press, exhibitors and Beach Chicken Productions, LLC for purposes of publication, exhibition, or reproduction in and/or for advertising and marketing content as well as news reporting, which may include distribution of such photographs and/or video content on websites, social media, or for any other purpose. I understand that images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar OC RV Show events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Beach Chicken Productions, LLC.

I hereby release Beach Chicken Productions, LLC and the OC RV Show, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings, and grant a perpetual, royalty-free, non-revocable and non-exclusive license for and to such uses; I waive any and all claims for payment or royalties in connection with any usage, and any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Beach Chicken Productions, LLC or at the OC RV Show or the person or entity designated to do so by OC RV Show.

Any dispute regarding this agreement will be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and all parties agree to venue and jurisdiction in any court of competent jurisdiction in Ocean City, MD and Worcester County. I have been fully informed of the parameters of this consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the OC RV Show.  By submitting my information, I agree to be contacted by OC RV Show and its partners via email, phone, mail or text.

You further agree to forever waive, covenant not to sue, release and discharge OC RV Show and Beach Chicken Productions, LLC and their designees from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, damages, costs or expenses of every kind arising out of or in any way connected to attendance at and participation in the OC RV Show, including without limitation, all claims and causes of action based on the sole, joint, active or passive negligence, or gross negligence of Beach Chicken Productions, LLC, including related to or derived from any exposure to the novel corona virus or any other pathogen or illness.

HOW OC RV SHOW PROTECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our site has reasonable security measures in place to help protect agains the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.  Despite these measures, it is important to remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
