PARTICIPANT WAIVERS & ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

Certain activities at the OC RV Show — including but not limited to skateboarding competitions, BMX demonstrations, and other action sports experiences — require participants to complete a waiver of liability prior to participation.

Waivers are provided directly to participants or their legal guardians during registration or at the event and are maintained internally by event organizers and activity partners. Waivers are not publicly distributed.

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with these activities and agree to follow all safety requirements, including the use of required protective gear. Parents or legal guardians must complete all required waivers on behalf of minors.

Failure to complete a required waiver may result in denial of participation.

LIMITATION OF LIBALITY

By attending or participating in the OC RV Show, you agree to release and hold harmless Beach Chicken Productions, LLC, the OC RV Show, their officers, employees, partners, and designees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of attendance or participation, including those related to illness, injury, or exposure to communicable diseases.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, with venue in Worcester County, Maryland.
