Coastal Shred Fest brings Delmarva’s skate community together for a one-day indoor street skateboarding competition inside the OC RV & Van Lifestyle Show. Built in partnership with Central Skate Supply, the event creates a welcoming, high-energy environment for skaters of all skill levels.
This is a dedicated skate event, not a side attraction. With a custom indoor street course and a family-friendly atmosphere, skaters compete in a true street environment while parents and spectators get a front-row seat to the action.
Designed as a one-day contest, Coastal Shred Fest is an easy, accessible way for street skaters across the Mid-Atlantic to be part of something special.
COMPETITION DETAILS:
Limited Field: 26 skaters total across Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced divisions
Street Format: Three 1-minute runs per skater, plus a long jump challenge
Prizes & Awards: Custom trophies by Plak That and prizes from leading skate brands
Skater Perks: Every registered skater receives a medal and free Sunday admission to the OC RV & Van Lifestyle Show

Designed as a one-day indoor competition, Coastal Shred Fest keeps the schedule clear and predictable so skaters and families can plan their day with ease.
- Warm-Up Session: 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM
- Competition Runs: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Jam-style format
- Awards for Best Overall Skater and Highest Wallride
- Awards Ceremony: Immediately following the competition

INDOOR STREET COURSE
Coastal Shred Fest takes place on a custom-built indoor street skate course inside the Roland E. Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, Maryland.
The course features rails, ledges, ramps, and street-style obstacles built on a solid concrete base, creating a true street skating environment in a controlled setting.
- Helmets and protective gear are required
- Indoor setup means the event runs rain or shine
- Climate-controlled venue provides a safe, comfortable experience for skaters and spectators
SPECTATORS & FAMILIES
Coastal Shred Fest is designed to be a welcoming, all-ages experience for skaters, families, and spectators.
- Kids 12 and under attend free with a paying adult
- Spectators can watch the competition and explore the OC RV & Van Lifestyle Show at the same time
Spend the day watching live skateboarding, browsing RVs and outdoor gear, and enjoying a unique mix of skate culture, travel, and community all under one roof.
